1. Services Provided
Nampa Windows LLC provides custom window measurements, material sourcing (including wholesale distributors such as Alside and ABC Supply), and installation coordination utilizing vetted, insured 1099 subcontractor crews throughout the Treasure Valley, Idaho.
2. Quotes, Measurements & Invoices
Initial online estimates are preliminary until an on-site physical measurement is completed. Upon agreement of the final scope, a deposit invoice is generated. Final balance payments are due upon substantial completion of the installation. Payment processing is conducted securely through Stripe.
3. SMS & Electronic Communications
By providing your contact information and checking our consent box, you consent to receive transactional and operational communications via phone, email, and SMS. Message & data rates may apply. 4. Warranties & Materials
All windows provided carry their respective manufacturer limited lifetime warranties against seal failures, glass distortion, and vinyl frame defects. Installation craftsmanship is guaranteed for a period of one (1) year following job sign-off.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law principles.
